Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unavailable when the team store closes, it will be substituted with a comparable product. If a suitable replacement isn’t available, we will contact you directly.
Production Time: Orders may take up to 21 business days to be completed after the team store has officially closed.
Order Delivery: Once completed, orders will be delivered based on the delivery method selected at checkout. If you have any questions about your delivery option, please reach out to the organizer of your team store for assistance.
Final Sale Policy: To respect the group order process, no additional orders can be accepted after the store closes. Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Sizing information is available on most product options to assist with selecting the correct fit.
